4. How long do you retain my information? We will retain data supplied via our website for twelve months. After this period, the data will be removed. If you make regular bookings, we may keep your account active for your convenience, therefore your name, email and telephone number will be retained for longer.
5. How can I access my information? You should email info@ems7holisticheaven.co.uk requesting information held about you. There is no charge for this although you should allow fourteen days for this information to be sent to you – we will send it electronically.
6. Newsletter and regular communication – If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may from time to time send you newsletters and promotional material about EMS7 Holistic Heaven. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link on our emails. Our website management partner may send content out on our behalf but only in relation to EMS7.
